15. SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Oishi Manufacturing was founded in Singapore in 2003 as a wholesale ice cream supplier, mainly serving hotels, restaurants and cafés. Since 2022, under Erik and Shamsa van Keulen, we have grown into an OEM and co-packing partner for established brands, while continuing to supply more than 1,700 outlets.
Our capabilities span ice cream, gelato, sorbet, soft serve premixes, crepe and waffle premixes, frozen waffles and lava cakes, all produced in our Halal-certified, FSSC 22000 and BRCGS certified facility at Food Xchange @ Admiralty.

Ordering and delivery
When do you deliver, and what is the lead time?
We deliver Monday to Friday. Orders need a 2-day lead time, subject to stock and truck load. Place your order by 4:00 PM to be counted for that day's cut-off.
What is the delivery charge?
A delivery charge of S$25 applies to all orders.
Can I collect my order myself?

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Singapore with temperature-controlled frozen dispatch. We also export, and can ship to any country worldwide. We have supplied markets including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei, and we work with importers and distributors on export orders. Contact us with your destination.

Payment and accounts
What are your payment terms?
Advance payment applies to all orders of S$350 and below. Credit terms depend on consistent orders and a timely payment history, and are at the discretion of our Management.
How do I open a new customer account?
Use the Register Here page on this website. Business customers upload their ACRA business profile, and individuals can register too. Our team will set up your account and come back to you.
How can I get your prices?
Prices are available on request. Download the catalogue, or contact our Sales team at sales@oishi.com.sg, and tell us what you are looking for.
What is your returns policy?
In line with Singapore Food Agency regulations, we can only accept unopened products whose cold chain has not been compromised. Accepted returns are credited to your account by credit note; we do not give cash refunds. Please contact our sales team at sales@oishi.com.sg or WhatsApp +65 9180 2081 to arrange a return.
Products and certification
What do you make?
We make ice cream, gelato, sorbet, soft serve premixes, crepe and waffle premixes, frozen waffles, lava cakes and muffins, under the Oishi and Artisertz brands. Our packs range from mini cups and tubs of 75 ml to 6 L, with no-added-sugar, vegan and sorbet options.
Are your products Halal certified?
Yes. Our production is Halal-certified to MUIS (Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura) standards. Halal documentation and certification copies are available on request.
Which food safety certifications do you hold?
We are licensed by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), the main licensing authority for every food business in Singapore. Our facility is also certified to FSSC 22000 and BRCGS Food Safety, in addition to Halal certification. Certificates are available on request.
Do you lend soft serve machines?
For our soft serve premixes, machines can be supplied on loan or for sale, depending on the arrangement. Ask our Sales team for the options that suit your outlet.
Can I try samples before ordering?
Please get in touch through the contact form and choose "Catalogue / samples", and our team will advise what is possible for your product and project.

What does OEM or private label mean at Oishi?
You bring the brand and the concept. We develop the recipe, source the ingredients, make and pack the product, and handle Halal, FSSC 22000 and BRCGS requirements, so your team manages a brand and not a supply chain.
How does an OEM project start?

What formats and customisation can you do?
